Senior/ Executive - Talent Acquisition - This position will collaborate and support our India RPO / MSP business in the development and implementation of strong sourcing services.


Our Sr / Executive - Talent Acquisition work closely with Business Heads, Program Managers and are responsible for identifying potential talent for roles using multiple sourcing channels.  You will be provided guidance by Lead – Talent Acquisition around what appropriate talent sourcing channels should be used based the requisition criteria. 



Major Duties & Responsibilities


  •       Build a talent pool for consideration for current and future openings by utilizing strategic and innovative recruitment and sourcing techniques 


  •       Partner with business leaders to understand current and future staffing needs 


  •       Develop effective recruitment plans and strategies 


  •       Taking full owner ship of all internal roles, right from sourcing of a prospective resource till on-boarding. 


  •       Sourcing profiles from Job boards, through references, networking sites. 


  •       Salary negotiations 


  •       Offers roll out and candidate management 



  •       Pre joining and post joining follow-ups, to check if the resource has any queries. 


  •       Generating Status Reports on Daily & Weekly basis 


  •       Identify and implement process improvements 



Skills required


  • Sourcing through various channels.
  • Screening and understanding of IT/ Non-IT skills sets.
  • MIS & Reporting.
