Key Accountabilities

•Ability to interpret testing and quality standards and manage lab equipment’s
•Ability to understand the product drawings and quality standards
•Development of test plans, procedures, work instructions and test bench design and development
•Participating in product development process
•Study the root cause of misfunction of prototype and serial products
•Participating in creating and monitoring time schedule and cost plans
•Validate the test methods and protocol
•Knowledge on codes programming and data acquisition methods.
•Expertise in product qualification tests
Innovation and Change (i.e. range and diversity of activities, problems, processes, market dynamics and management challenges that need to be recognized and resolved, improvement of processes, systems or products)
•Ability to communicate technical content well, analyze multi-faceted problems and be able to work well both self-directed and within a team
•Experience with instrumentation and measurements
•Expertise in designing and setting up unique test fixtures
•Execute and conduct environmental and mechanical tests in accordance with std. Product development process
•Sourcing, obtaining quotations, and selecting required lab supplies and materials to build test fixtures to conduct tests
Communication with internal and/or external Customers, Suppliers as well as Third Parties (indicate nature and context of client relationship and service delivery, required communication skills, frequency of communication (i.e. infrequent =few times a year, occasional= few times a month, frequent= regular but not daily, continuous= daily)
•Collaborate with development team on wide range of projects that require strong understanding of engineering fundamentals
•Frequent communication with product management/development team to clarify technical specifications
•Cooperate with Headquarters as appropriate on the matters related to testing, development of testing equipment
People Leadership (i.e. management, motivation and development of staff as well as teamwork)
•Proactive, resourceful & highly motivated with good communication skills and ability to work in high output environment.
•Contribute to team spirit among the team colleagues by means of personal involvement
•Provide technical support to external and internal customers
